Pack with Care
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all pieces are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
